Data ownership
The work orders, assets, parts, schedules, and history you put into MaintainFlow belong to you — not to us. Here's what that means in practice.

You own your data
- It's yours. Everything you and your team enter — work orders, PM schedules, assets, parts, costs, and history — remains your property.
- We're the custodian, not the owner. We store and process your data only to run the service for you.
- Export anytime. Pull your records out whenever you want — you're never locked in.
- Delete on request. Ask us to delete your workspace and we'll remove your data.
- Never sold or shared. We don't sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers, and we don't use your maintenance records to train AI models.
What happens if you leave
Cancelling never deletes your data on the spot. Your workspace moves to read-only so you can still view and export everything, with a window to get your records out before they're removed. We'll always tell you before anything is deleted.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database, isolated per company and protected by row-level security. See the Security page for the technical detail, and the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Requesting an export or deletion
You can export from inside the app, or email info@maintainflow.pro and we'll help with a full export or deletion.
