Cookie Policy
This explains what cookies and similar technologies MaintainFlow uses, what each is for, and the choices you have. You can change your mind at any time.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use comparable technologies such as localStorage. They let a site remember things between pages and visits — for example, keeping you signed in or remembering your cookie choices.
The categories we use
- Strictly necessary — required to run the service: keeping you signed in, securing the app, load balancing, and remembering your cookie preferences. These can't be switched off.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Off unless you opt in. (We do not currently run a third-party analytics tracker; this category is here for transparency and future use.)
- Marketing — used to measure and tailor advertising. Off unless you opt in. (Not currently in use.)
Third-party cookies
Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies when you use them:
- Google reCAPTCHA — protects the contact form from spam and abuse (a security function).
- Calendly — only when you open the demo-booking widget or link.
- Stripe — fraud prevention and secure payment processing for subscriptions.
- Netlify — our host; sets minimal cookies needed to serve and secure the site.
These providers process data under their own privacy and cookie policies. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Managing your preferences
When you first visit, our banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or manage preferences by category. You can reopen those choices at any time:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies are needed for the app to work, so disabling them may stop you from signing in.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes we'll revise the date above and, where appropriate, ask for your consent again.
